WP1 - Coordination, Management & Dissemination
Objectives:
The objectives of WP1 are to efficiently manage the Geothermal ERA-NET and coordinate different WPs by ensuring that:
- Project co-ordination and controlling remains efficient (on-track and on-time)
- All documentation is developed and maintained incl. progress reporting and cost statements
- Project deliverables will be met according to work plan.
- Communication platform for document exchange is set up and maintained for reports and decision making.
- Results are disseminated within the consortium and the funding bodies.
- Quality of results is high without duplication of activities.
